Curing: 36 - 48 months in the drying sheds and cellars of Cumbres Mayores, which belongs to the Jabugo region (Huelva).

Sensory Description: This is a slender, slender leg that, when cut, presents the deep, dark red color typical of the Iberian breed. It has a mild aroma and intense flavor that lingers over time. Pleasant and juicy texture.

These hams come from Iberian pigs raised in the pastures of Cumbres Mayores, Sierra de Jabugo, Huelva. This town is located in a privileged environment, so the production of this ham benefits from an unparalleled microclimate that determines the quality of the drying and curing process.
